Prior to Guinness: Prior to joining Guinness, Francesca completed an internship at Fundsmith LLP in the investment management department. Francesca also has prior experience in the Financial Advisory industry.

Education: Francesca graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020 with a degree in Business and management with proficiency in Entrepreneurship. Francesca has since passed the IMC and the CFA ESG qualifications.
