Prior to Guinness: Prior to joining Guinness, Deborah worked in marketing roles at Allen & Overy, Harbottle & Lewis, Apax Partners and Fleming Finance in Paris. 

Education: Deborah graduated from St John’s College, University of Oxford, with a degree in English and holds an MBA from the London Business School in Finance, Marketing & Entrepreneurship, which included an exchange year at the Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris.
