Our Partnerships
We are proud to partner with organisations in areas that are important to us.

Sinfonia Smith Square
We are a proud Partner of Sinfonia Smith Square – an orchestra like no other.
Anghiari 2024: Mendelssohn Scottish Symphony
Anghiari 2015: Verdi Requiem Dies Irae

Like Guinness Global Investors, Sinfonia Smith Square looks from Westminster to a global horizon. Its fellowship brings together musicians from around the globe, while its former players occupy prominent seats in leading orchestras worldwide.
Beyond being neighbours, we share an emphasis on the nurturing of talent. For us, this is reflected in our low turnover of staff; for Sinfonia Smith Square, in the positive impact on the careers of its fellowship musicians.
Guinness Global Investors Player 2024-25
We are delighted to support Massimo Martone’s Fellowship for 2024-2025. After beginning to play the drums at the age of 3, Massimo studied Timpani and Percussion at the Royal Academy of Music, where he graduated as Bachelor and then Master of Arts.
‘My dream is to become an excellent orchestral player and, at the same time, a solo percussionist with a special interest in chamber music, especially percussion ensembles.’

The Intelligence Squared Economic Outlook: Energy Special, with Helen Thompson
In January 2025 the era of cheap Russian gas flowing into Europe came to an end when Ukraine refused to renew its five-year transit deal with Russia’s Gazprom. That same month, President Trump began his presidency with sweeping measures to drill for more oil and crush his predecessor’s push for clean energy. He’s also threatening tariffs that have the world’s energy suppliers extremely anxious. Add it all up and the picture is clear: energy will play a pivotal role in the economy in the year ahead.
Who better to make sense of this than Helen Thompson? A Cambridge Professor and author of the acclaimed Disorder: Hard Times in the 21st Century, Thompson has spent years studying and dissecting the role of energy in driving economic and political instability.
